Why is there no sign-up button?Every store is set up with a founder, so nothing is left to a setup guide. Send the request form, we reply within 24 hours, and your 2-week free trial starts on onboarding day.

How long does the 20% discount last?For life. Become an Early Bird before 30 November and you pay 20% below list for as long as you stay. You pay nothing during the free trial.

How much AI usage is included?Every plan includes AI usage worth 15% of your monthly payment and data processing worth 40%. That's enough for full use of the platform, month after month. Heavy users can add more at any time.

What does the 20% apply to?Your Orvono subscription, the monthly plan priced by your list size. SMS sends are billed separately and aren't part of the discount.

What if it doesn't work for my store?Not making more money with Orvono by then? Just leave. You pay nothing.

Is migration really included?Yes. We move your list, segments, templates, flows and forms over from your current platform during the trial, at no extra cost.

What counts as a subscriber?Any active, marketable email or customers who have opted in to your list. We don't charge for unsubscribed or not-subscribed contacts.

What happens past 100,000 subscribers?Past 100,000 subscribers we price to your program. Send the request form with your list size, or email aron@orvono.com.
